Aware of the serious concerns that COVID-19 is causing around the world, I want to take the time to write to you on behalf of everyone at Rosa del Viento to reassure you that our guests’ and team members’ wellbeing and safety is our utmost priority.

Our thoughts are with all those affected across the different countries, their families and loved ones.

We wanted to update you on the actions we have taken in response to the outbreak.

Protecting you during your stay

As always, we take great care in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our hotel & restaurant.

We want to reassure you that we are monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak situation closely and following the guidelines of the global and local health authorities to ensure that we are prepared to address the current circumstances.

In this sense, we are taking maximum precautions in our hotel, All our team members have received specific guidelines and enhanced cleaning and hygiene measures have been put in place, aiming to provide safe and clean environments for our guests and colleagues.

Additions to our normal high standard, cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and before the next guest arrives have been increased, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.

Flexibility for your travels

We have been offering and will continue to offer flexible terms & conditions with our Best Available Rate. However due to the uncertainty of the situation, we are providing flexibility in all reservations.

En este sentido, estamos tomando las máximas precauciones en nuestro hotel. Se han incrementado a nuestros protocolos normales de limpieza y desinfección para limpiar las habitaciones después de la partida de los huéspedes y antes de que llegue el próximo huésped, con especial atención a los artículos de alto contacto.
